Carrie Underwood: 'I Won't Answer Tony Romo's Calls'

Carrie Underwood has taken a sly swipe at her ex-boyfriend Tony Romo, the current flame of Jessica Simpson.

Speaking to Allure magazine, the country star talks openly about her past relationships, mentioning that the American football star still tries to keep in touch with her.

She said: "We were both small-town people doing very big things, and we relied on each other, dealing with fame. I don't know. The phone will ring and it'll be him, and I'll maybe not answer."

Jessica Simpson, now also an aspiring country singer, wore a t-shirt with the slogan ‘Real Girls Eat Meat’, which is believed to be a dig at Carrie who happens to be vegetarian.
