Jay-Z will not disclose any details of his marriage to Beyonce Knowles, because he believes it is too “sacred”.

The lovebirds married in a lavish ceremony in April, although neither stars have confirmed the union.

And the star defended his decision not to publicise details of the nuptials, because "part of your life you gotta keep secret."

He tells Vibe magazine: "You have to have something sacred to you and the people around you."
