Nude photos of Anne Hathaway may soon be hitting the net, courtesy of her dodgy ex-boyfriend Raffaello Follieri.

The Get Smart actress dumped the Italian businessman shortly before he was arrested for fraud, but it seems he may soon be getting his own back via some provocative pictures of his girlfriend wearing no clothes. Miley, take note!

“In additional to the naked photos he took of Anne, he also prized a sizzling photo of her in black fishnet stockings, a garter belt and bustier that totally exposed her top,” reports the Enquirer.

“Follieri, supposedly paid a very famous photographer to take that steamy shot.”

Knowing that the risqué photos would soon be unleashed to the public, Anne reportedly sent her brother to a storage unit to retrieve the photos, but was beat to it by the FBI who got there a day earlier. Tough luck.
