Britney Spears reportedly lashes out at her scrounging family in a revealing new song.
On ATM, the singer accuses her nearest and dearest of treating her like a cash machine.
Despite a renewed closeness with her family, Britney apparently still has some unresolved issues with mother Lynne, singing, “Hey Mama, I know it’s my cash you seek.”
She drives the point home with a defiant chorus of: “You know they treat me like an ATM, but y'all know that I’m too good for ‘em.”
A music industry insider tells The Mirror, “The songs are up tempo and there are some wicked heavy beats. She’s built on the foundations she laid in her last album, Blackout.
“These tunes will change the way people think about Britney. A lot of people have messed her around over the years and she's bottled up all this anger and now she's just let it all out.”
Britney's former manager Larry Rudolph recently announced that the recovering pop wreck will spend the summer recording a new album.
