Madonna is the latest star to find themselves at the centre of a sex tape scandal.
Footage of the singer allegedly romping with US baseball ace Alex 'A-Rod' Rodriguez is reportedly being shopped around by a man claiming to have secretly filmed Madonna at a New York apartment owned by a pal.
The cameraman - who also claims to be friendly with the apartment owner - says he secretly installed a camera in the residence, after 'discovering' the pair were using it for alleged afternoon trysts.
But if the allegations are true, the sleazy chancer might be looking at prosecution for voyeurism and burglary.
“If footage was obtained in this way it would be an outrageous invasion of privacy,” a legal sourse tells the Daily Star.
“But more than that he would not have had his friend’s consent to install the camera and must have entered the apartment without approval to hide it. That is burglary.
“He would be prima facie guilty of voyeurism. Instead of making a million he’d be going to jail for a few years.
“Even if the video existed it would probably be seized by the courts.’’
The singer’s lawyers are said to be “aware” of the sex tape claims.
Madonna and Rodriguez have both denied tabloid allegations of an affair.
