Jennifer Lopez is going that extra mile to regain her pre-pregnancy figure, husband Marc Anthony has revealed.
Forget dieting and gentle exercise, the new mother plans to complete in a triathlon later this year.
"Jennifer is training for a triathlon, in October," Anthony reveals to Extra.
This training reportedly involves running, biking and swimming.
But she'll have Anthony encouraging her from the sidelines.
"I'm very supportive. I'll be on my Segway (encouraging her)," he says.
