Angelina Jolie's twins are finally here!
The actress gave birth to a girl and a boy by Cesarian section on Saturday night, the doctor who delivered the much-anticipated babies has confirmed.
Jolie and partner Brad Pitt - who was present at Lenval hospital in Nice for the birth - have named their first biological son Knox Leon and their daughter Vivienne Marcheline.
"Everything is going well," obstetrician Dr. Michel Sussmann tells the AP.
"The mother, the babies, the father are doing marvelously well."
Sussmann adds that the Cesarian was brought forward "for medical reasons" so that the babies could be born "in the best conditions."
Little Knox and Vivienne join elder brothers and sisters Maddox, 6; Pax, 4; Zahara, 3, and Shiloh, 2.
Those all-important first pics of the latest additions to the Brangelina brood are expected to fetch millions of dollars.
