Matthew McConaughey Is A Daddy!

Matthew McConaughy has become a first-time daddy after girlfriend Camila Alves gave birth to a boy yesterday.

The actor's new baby weighed in at 7lb 4oz and is yet to be named, according to US reports.

The shirt-dodger announced his impending fatherhood via his blog in January.

He wrote, “We are stoked and wowed by this miracle of creation and this gift from God, and so excited for the adventure that will come in raising this child, being mother and a father, and shepherding him or her through this life.”

Matt's boy shares a birthday with Nicole Kidman's daughter Sunday Rose, who was also welcomed into the world yesterday.
