Nick Cannon has quashed rumours that his marriage to Mariah Carey is in trouble, stating his relationship is the best thing that’s ever happened to him.

The couple got hitched in the Bahamas in April after a whirlwind romance, but earlier this week internet gossips were already speculating about trouble in their relationship.

Reports alleged that Cannon was tiring of the R&B superstar's demands, with one source telling OK! magazine: "He's basically around to attend to her diva-ish ways."

But Cannon has dismissed the claims. He tells People: "Marriage is amazing. It's the best thing that ever happened to me."
