It seems that Katie Holmes hasn't exactly set the Broadway box office alight with her upcoming role in a revival of Arthur Miller's play All My Sons.
Since Tom Cruise's missus announced that she would be treading the boards this September, demand for tickets has been underwhelming to say the least, according to a new report.
One out-of-pocket ticket broker told the New York Post, "I bought 1,000 tickets to the show. I still have them."
Another source – who wished to remain anonymous for fear of reprisals – joked to the publication, "Where are all the Scientologists? Don't they want to see her?"
Marriage to Tom has so far done nothing to help Katie's acting career, with her last movie Mad Money proving a big flop and garnering the actress some of the worst reviews of her career.
Perhaps she would have done better just to appear on stage naked as Tom's ex Nicole Kidman did for a successful Broadway run in The Blue Room.
