As the Big Brother housemates individually make their way to the diary room, Luke is being forced to suffer in jail, having being banned from naming his two choices for eviction after discussing nominations earlier in the week.

Tensions are still running high following last weeks fight which resulted in Dennis being removed from the house for spitting at Mohamed.

And now the housemates are taking it in turns to let their nominations be known to Big Brother. While Dale quickly trotted in and out of the diary room in seconds, Jen was gone for a whopping 40 minutes.

She said: "I had a lot on my chest, I ranted for quite some time. I feel like I've let it all out now."
