Strictly Come Dancing's Matt And Flavia Split

Strictly Come Dancing couple Matt Di Angelo and Flavia Cacace have split eight months after finding love on the last series of the hit BBC show.

Cacace, 28, is now thought to be back together with her professional dance partner Vincent Simone, who she dated for 11 years before her relationship with Eastenders actor Di Angelo, 21, blossomed after they finished second to Alesha Dixon and Matthew Cutler on the show.

A source tells The Sun, “It’s a huge shock to everyone and they are both devastated it’s over.

“Because they met on the set of Strictly their relationship got very intense very quickly.

‘They were spending every day together and living in each other’s pockets. They became incredibly close.

“Everything was OK while they were dancing together but after Flavia started working with Vincent again things got a bit awkward.”
