Nicky Hilton continues to draw attention to her plummeting weight by flashing her painfully thin legs at every opportunity.

Paris Hilton's less controversial sister was snapped leaving a medical centre in Beverly Hills yesterday in a pair of denim hot pants that highlighted her stick-thin frame.

Just a year ago Nicky was the proud owner of a much healthier, curvier frame – but, as our pictures show, it seems she's now disappearing before our eyes.

  • Nicky Hilton wants Kevin Connolly back. She is not happy with David Katzenberg. She has started to go out with girlfriends and is partying too much. She lost weight due to the stress of her unhappy relationship with David. She thought should would have been engaged at Xmas. Now she wants Kevin back.

  • i think she looks pretty! not so bad i seen worse! however she IS healthy cause if she wasnt she wouldnt have the eneregy to do what she to be able to go out and shopp and party all day n night. she Is eating! no eating disorder cause she still has color and looks healthy but thin. which is okay! we all come diffrent shapes and sizes! go NICKY!! lotz of LUV!
