The Big Brother housemates were given the task of sorting 6,250 grams of crisps into their various flavors, with only one catch – they had to find out which flavors they were by licking them!  

The housemates had to sort the crisps into different bowls depending on whether they were salt and vinegar, cheese and onion, Worcester sauce or ready salted and they were only allowed an error margin of 5%.

Fully dressed in hair nets, gloves and lab coats the housemates started their task – of course not before Mario gave his opinion on how they should approach the job at hand, as we all know that Mario always knows best. Obviously how to lick crisps successfully is an important task of his as health and safety officer!

Kat was on the case to add a little bit of amusement to the arduous task pleading with Big Brother to “lick one side” of the crisp while she licks the other side!

But before anyone could enjoy themselves too much, a tissue recently discarded by Mikey was found in the crisp tub! Before crisp gate could get underway Alex made sure that everyone knew that it was Mickey who put the tissue in the tub, obviously concerned about the other housemates’ health.

Despite all there licking the housemates failed the task with an error margin of 11%, the housemates did not seem too worried by not winning a token though they all laughed at the announcement and Luke exclaimed “that means we licked all those crisps for jack all!” Yes Luke you did!
