Kid Rock Rushed To Hospital

From UK music festival...

Kid Rock has been forced to pull out of an appearance at the U.K.'s Download Festival after he was admitted to hospital yesterday.

The rocker cancelled his performance just minutes before he was due to take to the Main Stage at the music event.

A statement from festival organisers reads: "We've had the curse of Download.

"Kid Rock is not very well (and) we've had to rush him to hospital in Nottingham. He apologises to his fans."

Fellow rock acts Judas Priest and Disturbed made up for Kid Rock's no-show by treating festival-goers to longer sets.
