Lily Allen celebrated her return to America by dining with Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson.

The Smile singer was banned from the country by immigration officials last year, but is now back in the States. She posted a blog on her MySpace page on Sunday telling her U.S. fans that she is happy to "be back".

Allen was forced to scrap dates in America last year after her work visa was confiscated following an alleged attack on a paparazzo in London.

The 23-year-old writes: "So, they let me in. Hello America, it's nice to be back.

"Immigration was funny; they only kept me for an hour or so."
