A man accused of stalking Jamie Lynn Spears and her fiancé in their hometown has been arrested.

Celebrity snapper, Edwin W. Merino, is due to appear in court next week after constantly hounded the pregnant teen in small town Liberty, Mississippi.

Merino claims that because he was the only photographer following Spears, he has been an easy target for police.

"I just think since I was the only one there, it was just easier for them to single me out," he said via Yahoo.

Jamie Lynn, sister of troubled Britney Spears, is expected to give birth to her first child any day now.
