Kate Hudson and new beau Lance Armstrong were reportedly caught getting to know each other a little better in the rest room of a party in Cannes.

The couple’s ‘romantic’ evening began in the crowded VIP area at the annual Dolce & Gabbana bash, where they openly shared kisses and embraces, according to onlookers.

"Rather than draw attention to themselves by demanding a table, they jostled for space on the dance floor," one witness tells OK!.

"They swayed with each other and kissed and laughed and held hands."

It seems the amorous couple then took their affectionate displays somewhere more private.

OK! quotes one partygoer who claims to have caught the actress cleaning a white men's shirt over a sink in the bathroom.

"I asked her what she was doing," the source said. "Kate blushed and laughed - And then Lance walked out of a stall topless!"

The couple first sparked rumours of a romance when they were snapped on a yacht in the south of France together.
