Sarah Michelle Gellar Gets Naked For Charity

Sarah Michelle Gellar is the latest star to strip off in the name of a good cause.

The former Buffy star posed in the buff for a recent benefit to raise cash for the Coalition of Skin Diseases in America.

Also ditching their threads for charity were rocker Dave Navaro and Leila Ali, daughter of legendary boxer Muhammad Ali.

The naked shots brought in over 10,000 bids at an online auction, raising $2,000 for skin disease sufferers.
