Jessica Simpson reportedly responded to news of ex John Mayer’s blossoming romance with Jennifer Aniston with a mammoth binge drinking session.

As reports were surfacing that her relationship with Tony Romo has hit the skids, the actress is said to have embarked on a four-hour bender at L.A.'s Mexicali Cocina Cantina with BFF CaCee Cobb and her beau Donald Faison.

According to the new issue of Us Weekly, Jessica was so wasted after the boozy session – which began in the afternoon and carried on well into the evening of 10 May – that she was forced to leave her Range Rover in the parking lot and call her mom Tina for a ride home.

For her part, Cobb allegedly threw up under the table. Classy!

But rather than drowning her sorrows over the demise of her own relationship with Dallas Cowboys quarterback Romo, the report claims that Jess is more upset about Mayer – who she dated last year – going public with his new relationship.
