Amy Winehouse and Pete Doherty are set to get in the studio together to work on a new track.
The jailed Babyshambles singer was granted an early release from prison last week and is keen to start making music again.
He reveals his bandmate, and rumoured Wino lover, Mik Whitnall has already made progress with the Back To Black singer, and he is eager to join their collaboration.
Doherty says: "Mik and Amy have a great relationship. They have been working on material while I was in prison.
"When I came out I went straight to the recording studio. I just want to get music going."
And Doherty is confident he will stay clean by immersing himself in music: "It's great news really because we've (Babyshambles) been told we will be doing a third album. That will keep me busy and hopefully out of trouble."
Earlier this month, Winehouse collaborator Mark Ronson stopped work on the forthcoming James Bond theme with her. Find out why here.
