Actress Lindsay Lohan has been accused by a second person of stealing clothes.

The star faced accusations she stole a $11,000 fur coat from a New York club in January earlier this month, and now model Lauren Hastings has claimed Lohan pulled a similar trick last year.

The 23-year-old - who dates 'Transformers' star Shia LeBeouf - says the actress cleaned out her closets after attending a party Hastings hosted early last year.

She tells TV show Inside Edition, “Basically… my closets were emptied. I can be the one person not to let Lindsay get away with this."

Hastings adds she only went public with the accusations after Lohan denied all knowledge of the alleged incident.

“I contacted Lindsay and said, 'Look, I know you stole my clothes.' She then said I was completely delusional, I was pathetic , I was out of my mind,” she says.

However, Retired Los Angeles County Deputy Attorney Greg Somes, who reviewed the case last year, said no charges could be brought over Hastings’ claims.

"There was clothing (Lohan) was entitled to take. So the issue is if she took clothes she was not entitled to take, and no one can say if she did that or did not," he says.
