Mariah Carey and her new husband Nick Cannon made their first public appearance as Mr & Mrs on Thursday night as they hit the Time 100 party in New York City.

The couple, who exchanged nuptials in a surprise wedding last week at the singer's mansion in the Bahamas, showed off their wedding rings as they mingled with other celebrity guests at the event hosted by Time magazine.

It is the second marriage for Carey, who split from Columbia Records executive Tommy Mottola in 1997 after four years together.

Cannon called off his engagement to model Selita Ebanks last year after another whirlwind romance.

what is wrong with both of them! Mariah's almost 40 and nick is about 20. The relationship need's to end but they might even stay together forever until one of them die!
