Eva Mendes has decided to bare all and pose topless for Italy’s Vogue magazine.

The actress vamps it up in a semi-dominatrix outfit, accessorised with sexy black stockings, a lacy basque and a see-through black shirt, open to reveal her breasts.

The pouting temptress tops off her Vogue look with a black beehive hairdo, Amy Winehouse style.

It's not the first time the former rehabbed star has bared her mammaries, she appeared completely starkers as Denzel Washington's girlfriend in Training Day.

She also posed naked for a I'd Rather Go Naked anti-fur campaign poster for People for The Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) last year, and graced the pages of the final issue of America's Jane magazine last summer.
