Miley Cyrus has thanked her fans for sticking by her during her so-called ‘nude photo scandal.’

The Disney star performed at the Disney Channel Games concert in Orlando, Florida, on Saturday, her first public performance since her provocative Vanity Fair spread provoked outrage in the U.S. 

According to the Orlando Sentinel, Miley spotted a fan holding a sign that read, "I'm praying for you," and responded, "I can't be more appreciative of that."

Her Hannah Montana co-star Jason Earles insists that the 15-year-old is coping with the furore over the snaps just fine.

"She's one of the strongest people I've ever met," he said.

"She'll do everything to make sure she does right by her fans. It will be all right.

"I know what kind of person she is. She has a great heart."
