Things are reportedly heating up between Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer. The singer flew to Miami especially to spend a long weekend with her while she films her new movie.

The Friends actress has been linked the numerous men since splitting with Brad Pitt, including Orlando Bloom and Owen Wilson, but insiders think John might be the one.

Mayer, who has also had his fair share of rumoured love interests such as Jessica Simpson and Cameron Diaz, is said to be smitten with Jen.

A source tells In Touch that he checked into the Four Seasons hotel in Miami last week, but hardly spent any time there, preferring to hang out with Aniston instead in her $3,000-a-night presidential suite at the Mandarin Oriental.

When asked how his long weekend with Aniston was, he smiled and answered: "My weekend was good."
