Halle Berry was bursting out of her dress at her first public appearance since giving birth to Nahla Ariela Aubry six weeks ago, but left before the party got started so she could breastfeed her daughter.

The oscar-winning actress wore a figure-enhancing leopard print dress to the Celebrity Charity Golf Tournament in Beverly Hills, and although she didn’t take up a round, she happily posed for pictures.

One lucky golfer at the event told People: "She stood right next to me and posed. So sweet and funny. She said she wasn't playing because she was taking care of the baby."

However, Halle made a hasty getaway at 4pm. Making an announcement on stage, she explained: "I'm going to have to leave. My baby is calling for my breast. So, if I don't see everyone later, thank you!"
