Bill O’Reilly believes Miley Cyrus’s father Billy Ray Cyrus is to blame for grooming his daughter into a sex symbol which resulted in the Vanity Fair ‘nude’ photo scandal.
This is not the first time O’Reilly has discussed the Hannah Montana star. The Fox news anchor last week called for a media conference to discuss the candid snaps of Miley revealing her bra and sprawling on an anonymous boy’s lap, photos which seem tame in comparison to the new pictures.
Speaking on O'Reilly Factor last night, the newsman said Billy Ray had been "canny" about keeping his teen daughter out of scandal.
He says: "They go into Vanity Fair, which is not her audience at all. He puts her into a situation where she becomes, at 15, a sex symbol.
"Middle America, they don't like this." He adds, "Miley is a nice girl," but she made "a bad decision."
O’Reilly also advised the youngster of what action to take next: "She should do Oprah and say, 'We made a mistake, here's why and it won't happen again'."
Other people to have commented on the scandal are Miley’s Disney bosses, photographer behind the pictures Annie Leibovitz and Jamie Lee Curtis who was involved in a similar controversy.
