Singer Amy Winehouse has been released from custody with a police caution for common assault.
The 24-year-old was released this morning after spending a night in the cells after voluntary attending Holborn Police Station in central London for questioning yesterday.
She leaves to face reports she has started a new relationship as her husband Blake Fielder-Civil himself remains in remand awaiting trial on perverting the course of justice charges.
Both the Mirror and The Sun report Winehouse has been dating her manager’s assistant Alex Haynes - described as a “clean-cut mummy’s boy” from Gloucestershire - for the past month.
