Gwyneth Paltrow’s leggy look stole the show once again at last night’s London premiere of Iron Man.

The actress literally left other guests – including the film’s star, Robert Downey Jr – in the shade as she strutted down the red carpet in killer heels and a thigh-skimming black lacy dress.

Earlier, the newly-sexed up mom-of-two confessed that she'd never heard of Iron Man before taking on the role of Danny Junior's loyal assistant Pepper Potts – and the closest she got to comic books as a kid was her brother’s Spiderman pyjamas.

She told us, “Well, my brother wasn’t a comic book maniac, but he definitely had a lot lying around. He definitely had ‘Spider-man’ underoos… so I was really familiar with the characters from the Marvel world.”

“But when I was approached to do this, I had never heard of ‘Iron Man’! It was a real education, and I ended up reading quite a number of them.”
