Tom Cruise To Appear On Oprah Winfrey Show

Oprah Winfrey’s sofa had better watch out, because Tom Cruise is set to appear on the chat show again!

The actor last appeared on the programme in the summer of 2005, and proclaimed his love for future wife Katie Holmes by jumping on furniture in an embarrassing manner.

Although it’s not clear why Tom is to grace Oprah with his presence, rumours have swept the net claiming that the scheduled date in May is to coincide with the 25th anniversary of Cruise’s breakthrough movie Risky Business.

A rep for Warner Home Video does confirmed that there are “special plans” for the anniversary, but no specific details have been given.

Other A-list stars have reportedly been contacted to join Cruise on the show. Could it be a This Is Your Life moment?

Don’t expect Nicole Kidman to appear.
