Solange Knowles Gives Jamie Lynn Spears Teen Parenting Tips

Beyonce’s little sister, Solange Knowles, has been dishing out the teen parenting tips to pregnant Jamie Lynn Spears.

The younger Knowles sibling knows the challenge of being a famous young mother only too well, having given birth to son Daniel in 2004 at the age of 18.

Now 21, Solange had this to say to 17-year-old Jamie Lynn: "You just have to make the best decisions for you. You have to decide what's best for you.

"Who are we to say what's right and wrong for a person?"

She also reveals to Usmagazine.com that she "moved to the country for a year" without any nannies or babysitters to focus on raising her son.

"My parents lived on a whole opposite part of the world," she explains. "My son has been my focus ever since the day he was born."

"He's been the light of my life, the inspiration behind everything."

It's good to know that Jamie Lynn doesn't have to rely on big sis for child-rearing advice.
