Tori Spelling has confessed to being a “huge fan” of homosexuals, and loves her status as a gay icon. Maybe they think she looks like a drag queen.

The Beverly Hills 90210 star confessed the reason she took up the role in gay-themed movie Kiss The Bride was to reward her loyal gay fans.

She says: "(The gay theme) was probably one of the top things that made me want to do the movie. I'm a huge fan of gays. They love me, I love them.

"They consider me kind of a gay icon, which they've labelled me as."

Spelling also has an idea of what other career path she could follow. Having been ordained as a minister to officiate the wedding of two male fans, the pregnant star claims she would love to do it again.

Speaking about the groom and groom, she explained: "They said 'We have this idea. We want you to perform the ceremony... we're huge fans, it would be so cool if Tori Spelling married us.'

“I haven't done any since... but I'm open. I'm free, my schedule is wide open."
