Britney Spears' photographer ex, Adnan Ghalib, has reportedly been forced to seek medical treatment after being stabbed.
According to paparazzi agency, JFX Online, Adnan “received a stab wound to his arm, facial lacerations as well as a nice shiner” during an attack on Saturday night.
The website also claims that the Brummie shutterbug has been receiving death threats in recent weeks.
Britney started dating Adnan late last year, but reportedly ditched him in February after finding incriminating texts from another woman on his mobile.
