Amy Winehouse has reportedly told pals she fears her rampant drug use will ruin her looks.

The singer made the admission after repeatedly disappearing off to the toilet to snort line after line of cocaine, claims a UK tabloid.

According to the News Of The World, Amy told party guests at her London home: "I've been told I'll lose my looks over this - but I can't give it up!"

The singer may be on to something there, having been photographed with a scabby face in recent weeks (allegedly the result of skin infection, Impetigo.)

Amy is said to have whined: "I'm told my scars might never heal. My dermatologist says it's a result of the drugs and it could spread to other parts of my body if I don't quit.

"What will I do if I lose my looks? Blake will never love me like that."
