Kerry Katona gave birth to a healthy baby boy yesterday after going into labour five weeks early.

The TV star has named her fourth child Maxwell, who weighed in at 5 pounds, 4 ounces.

Kerry says, “We can't wait to get him home. It's a beautiful boy to go with our three girls."

Her publicist Max Clifford added to the Mirror, “Mum and baby are really well. It was a natural birth. Everything was fine.

"It's been a scary time, a real rollercoaster, but now everything is great. I imagine she will stay in for checks but will hopefully be home soon."

"I am very proud that Max was named after me. I think the world of Kerry. She's almost like another daughter to me."

It is Kerry’s second child with her controversial husband Mark Croft. She also has two children with her first husband, singer Brian McFadden.
