Jay-Z's Lads-Only Honeymoon

Jay-Z appears to have skipped the honeymoon part of his wedding to Beyonce Knowles – in favour of a lads night out.

Despite tying the knot with his longtime girlfriend in a New York ceremony on Friday, eyewitnesses report that the rap mogul spent Monday evening watching basketball with the guys at his Manhattan night spot, The 40/40 Club.

"He was sitting on the stairs in plain sight of everyone, just watching the game on the mammoth projection screen," one onlooker tells OK!.

"He was in a great mood, cheering like everyone else."

However, despite the absence of his wife and wedding ring, Jay-Z did acknowledge his recent nuptials to a cameraman.
