Naomi Campbell has been banned from flying British Airways following her recent airport tantrum.
The airline will no longer ferry the highly-strung supermodel to international modelling gigs after she allegedly spat in a police man’s face during a row over hand-luggage.
A source tells the U.K.’s Daily Mirror: "The decision was not taken lightly. She is a valued customer. But it is unthinkable for BA to talk about the safety of staff and passengers being our priority, then let her off.
"Her behaviour was absolutely shocking. She abused our staff and police."
"Banning her will send out a worldwide signal that such behaviour is totally unacceptable."
Naomi is still hoping to resolve the issue, however.
Her spokeswoman said: "Naomi has been flying with BA for nearly 30 years and has been a good customer. She hopes this can be resolved amicably."
The 37-year-old flew into one of her legendary rages on a Heathrow flight bound for L.A. last Thursday when her bag was deemed too heavy to put on the plane.
She has been released on police bail until May.
