Mary J. Blige Congratulates Newlyweds Beyonce & Jay-Z

Mary J. Blige has become the first celebrity name to publicly congratulate Jay-Z and Beyonce Knowles on becoming husband and wife.

The R&B star, currently on tour with Shawn ‘Jay-Z’ Carter, made an announcement at the start of her show in North Carolina on Saturday, a day after the happy couple got married.

She said, "Congratulations to my man, Jay-Z, and my girl B," before launching into You're All I Need.

Jay-Z made no mention of his new marital status during his set.
