Tony Parker, the husband of Eva Longoria, is celebrating after a photo agency apologised for claiming the basketball star had an affair with a French model last year.
Alexandra Paressant told Los Angeles-based company X17 that she had bedded the star after being introduced to him on his wedding day.
However, Parker denies having ever met Paressant and threatened to sue.
Now, almost four months after the allegations came to light, X17 agency chiefs have released an apology.
A statement reads: "X17online.com and X17, Inc. regret having been misled by Ms. Paressant and her representatives and apologize to Mr. Parker for any damage or inconvenience this may have caused him or his wife."
