Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton has supposedly ‘proved’ his gay kiss with John Mayer by taking a lie detector test.

Hilton underwent the test after Mayer’s representative said claims the pair passionately kissed for over five minutes on New Year’s Eve in front of the singer’s then girlfriend Jessica Simpson were “completely ridiculous".

Perez told In Touch magazine, “There was chemistry between John and I. He sang in my ear. It turned me on. John said, 'I'm going to outdo Perez tonight', and kissed me for five minutes."

Ironically, the only answer the lie detector flagged as false was whether Hilton was undergoing questioning for the publicity.
