Naomi Campbell is facing a U.S. ban that will halt her modelling career Stateside following her arrest for an alleged air-rage attack on a cop.

The supermodel has been released on bail after a dispute over her luggage reportedly triggered one of her now-legendary tantrums.

Visa expert Jonathan Ginsburg tells the New York Post: "It depends on what the charges are. The only thing that could get her in trouble is if she's charged with an aggravated felony."

According to eyewitnesses, Campbell spat at an officer before being led off a British Airways aircraft at Heathrow's new Terminal 5 building in handcuffs.

Her rep claims she was unfairly treated by airport staff - but legal boffins warn the latest in a long line of rage-related incidents involving the 37-year-old could rob her of her right to work in America.
