Britney Spears’ lawyer has questioned her client’s ex-husband Kevin Federline and his extravagant, and often unnecessary, expenses which the pop wreck has been ordered to pay for.
Attorney Stacy Phillips filed legal documents in the former couple’s child custody claiming that Federline had "understated his income by at least $200,000 (£100,000)".
He also exaggerated having $800,000 (£400,000) worth of business expenses, according to reports by TMZ.
Phillips also suggests Federline earned $544,074.73 (£272,037.36) from his company Gooseneck Productions in 2007, although his expenses totalled $841,128.67 (£420,564.33).
In addition to these allegations, Phillips also accuses Federline of tipping a waitress $1,100.76 (#550.38) on a $2,782 (#1,391) bill.
Federline, who currently has full custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James, the children he had with Britney, is able to afford to afford to pay himself instead of relying on his ex-wife, suggests Phillips.
Do you think K-Fed should pay his own bills or let Britney continue doing so? Be sure to leave your comments below.
