Jamie Lynn Spears & Casey Aldridge To Sign Pre-Nup?

Jamie Lynn Spears has been proudly flaunting an engagement ring on her finger, but her mother Lynne has insisted husband-to-be Casey Aldridge sign a prenuptial contract before they get married.

Having accidentally fallen pregnant, the 16-year old has decided to exchange vows with the father of her unborn child Casey, but mama Spears is worried about her daughter’s assets, reports In Touch.

An insider told the magazine: “The contract is already drawn up and ready to go. Lynne’s not sure marriage is a good idea, but she’ll go along with that if that’s what Jamie Lynn wants - as long as Casey signs the contract.” 

Another source reveals intimate details about the promised couple. “He doesn’t seem as committed to the relationship as Jamie Lynn.”

The confidant adds that the family is aware of rumours that Casey has cheated on the Zoey 101 star. “Lynne is keeping an eye on him.”
