Jordin Sparks has revealed she used to have a crush on American Idol judge Simon Cowell.
The winner of last year’s talent show told Metro how she used to feel about Britain’s Mr Nasty.
She says: “I think there was a time when I had a crush on Simon, but it was when I used to watch the show, not when I was on it. He’s very cute, but he’s already taken.”
Wholesome and pure Sparks also admits she has no desire to transform her image into a super-vixen like Rihanna, even if her record label urges her to.
The 18-year old insists: “I’ve been very strong willed on that. I don’t want to be portrayed in that way. I’m uncomfortable with showing a lot of skin. They haven’t tried it yet.”
