Miley Cyrus led the winners at Saturday's 21st Annual Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards, hosted by Jack Black.

The Hannah Montana starlet bagged the favourite TV actress and favourite female singer awards at the Los Angeles ceremony.

Less lucky were Harrison Ford, Cameron Diaz and Orlando Bloom who were drenched in green slime as part of the ceremony's traditional gunging ritual.

Drake Bell also picked up two gongs – for favourite TV actor and favourite TV show for his sitcom Drake And Josh.

The 'Wannabe' award - presented to a celebrity who acts as a good role model for children - went to actress Cameron Diaz, who told the young audience: "You're going to change the world. Every one of you kids is the future - go out and make the world a better place."

Other big awards went to Johnny Depp, for favourite movie actor; Jessica Alba, for favourite movie actress; Chris Brown, for favourite male singer; and the Jonas Brothers, for favourite group.

Rumours that Britney Spears was being lined up as for a surprise appearance proved wide of the mark.
