Katie Holmes is reportedly in final negotiations to star in a musical on Broadway.
Tom Cruise’s other half will appear in the Arthur Miller play All My Sons alongside theatre veterans John Lithgow and Diane West if the show does go ahead.
Producers are hoping that the 29-year old will bring some sizzle to the box office and put Katie back on the acting map after her recent string of flop movies.
One London-based theatre expert told The Daily Mail: "This play will be like a shop window for Katie. The aim is to remind people of her acting chops. It's kind of a neat idea.
"Nicole Kidman had Hollywood eating out of her hand when she was in The Blue Room."
