Richie Sambora: Child Endangerer?

Richie Sambora could be criminally charged with endangering a child whilst driving under the influence.

Entertainmentwise reported earlier that the Bon Jovi guitarist had been arrested after police caught him driving erratically in Laguna Beach, California.

The rocker’s 10-year old daughter Ava was a passenger in the car along with another child and an unnamed woman.

Police sources told TMZ that although Sambora has not been charged with child endangerment, Laguna Beach police department is “actively investigating”.

Ava’s mother Heather Locklear reportedly authorised the woman passenger in the car to drive her daughter back home to safety.
