Jamie Lynn Spears Is Getting Married

A cousin of Britney Spears has confirmed that the troubled star’s sister Jamie Lynn is engaged to her longterm boyfriend Casey Aldridge.

Entertainmentwise reported yesterday that the Nickelodeon star has been showing off a diamond ring and telling people she is to wed her beau.

Tina Robinson, a cousin of the pregnant teen announced to Us magazine that she definitely getting hitched.

She said: "He proposed a few days ago, and she accepted.

"They probably weren't expecting (the proposal) to be, like, right now, but, with her being pregnant, that really pushed it up."

Jamie Lynn caused controversy last year by announcing she is to become a mother at the age of 16. Her baby is due in the summer.
