Eva Longoria has blamed pregnancy rumours on her good friend Victoria Beckham, insisting that her suspicious bump was in fact due to tight jeans her pal had given her.

The Desperate Housewives actress was forced to deny rumours that she is expecting her first child with basketball player husband Tony Parker.

However, she explains the real reason: "Victoria gave me a couple of pairs (of jeans) and I love them. They were so tight, my gut was hanging over the top before dinner.

"Then, we came out of the restaurant and I was totally bloated. And now, apparently I have a baby bump!"

Sounds like the Spice Girl was trying to sabotage Eva to makeself look extra thin.
